store policies

  • all orders are final -- there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. however, if there are any issues with your order, or if any goods were damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you!
  • issuing a chargeback will result in any future orders being instantly refunded. this is applicable to both in person and online purchases. attempts to bypass this will result in a permanent ban/blacklisting.


shipping information
yuyuu is based in the US. for international orders, please make sure to check shipping suspensions due to COVID here.  full tracking is provided to these 55 countries, plus the US and canada. we will hold orders to suspended countries until restrictions have been lifted, but we cannot give an estimate on when that will be.
we follow a weekly shipping schedule, so please keep that in mind when placing your order. domestic shipping can take up to 5 days (excluding weekends) to arrive, while international shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

domestic orders:
  • if your order consists of stickers alone, you have the option to use untracked shipping. however, we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. by selecting this option, you are verifying that you have read this page & accept the risks.
international orders:
  • make sure to include your phone number at checkout! this is often mandatory for international shipments.
  • customs/VAT charges are not included in shipping.
  • group orders are welcome, but please contact us privately first!

please keep in mind that, although orders will be shipped with tracking, once we have sent out packages, there is little we can do about lost items. however, please reach out to us via twitter, instagram, or email if you have any concerns and we will try to sort it out!
